A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to support its clinical operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support to counselors via email, phone, and chat to ensure high-quality clinical care
Act as a point of escalation for complex customer and counselor inquiries, organizing cross-functional teams as needed
Audit data and provide actionable clinical feedback to counselors while monitoring their qualifications and capabilities
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree (Masters or Doctorate) in counseling, psychology, or social work
At least 1 year of experience as a therapist within the last 2 years
Analytical and metrics-driven with a proven decision-making track record based on data
Ability to understand and respect various therapeutic approaches
Possess a growth mindset and thrive in a data-driven, customer-centric environment
