Key responsibilities : Provide specialized care for critically ill patients in the ICU, managing complex and life-threatening conditionsWork a 7 on / 7 off schedule, offering work-life balance while ensuring consistent ICU coveragePerform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for patients with severe illnessCollaborate closely with a supportive healthcare leadership teamProvide preceptor support to resident physicians on the critical care service HOSPITAL : This is a full-service acute care hospital offering surgical and diagnostic procedures while providing compassionate care.
