Speech-Language Pathologist
Traveler Role
AnthroMed Education is a growing group of Speech-Language Pathologists in schools who provide the speech services students deserve. We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a traveler role serving non-public schools across the district. This position is ideal for an SLP who enjoys variety in their schedule, collaboration with diverse school teams, and making an impact across multiple learning environments. The SLP will travel between non-public school sites to provide both direct and consultative services in alignment with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and service plans.

Bi-weekly team meetings to brainstorm and problem solve with other SLPs!Dedicated SLP Clinical support including 1 : 1 caseload guidance, speech therapy materials database, and free continuing education opportunities!Most importantly, we are dedicated to your success, and you will find that we are always responsive, engaged, and always available to connect.Responsibilities :
Provide speech and language therapy services to students across assigned non-public schools.Deliver both direct therapy (individual or small group) and consultative services to staff and families.Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders.Maintain timely and accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs in compliance with district and state requirements.Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student success.Participate in IEP meetings, service plan meetings, and team conferences as needed.Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse caseloads and school environments.Manage a flexible traveling schedule to meet student needs across multiple sites.Other duties as assignedRequirements :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Current Michigan state license or eligibility for licensure.Experience working with school-aged children.Knowledge of special education laws and procedures, including IDEA and IEP development.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and colleagues.Ability to travel between schools within the district (mileage reimbursement provided).Benefits :
