About the Role

We're looking for an AI Integration Engineer to join our Implementations team. In this client-facing role, you'll support the implementation of our AI platform by helping connect it with customer systems and environments.

You'll work closely with customers to gather requirements, understand contact center workflows, and support system integration. You'll also collaborate with internal product, engineering, and solutions teams to ensure smooth deployments and successful go-lives.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about enterprise integrations, conversational AI, Agentic AI, and automation within financial services.

What You'll Do

• Participate in discovery sessions with customers to understand system requirements, data flows, and operational workflows.
• Lead the design and implementation of integrations between the Kasisto platform and customer systems (e.g., CRM, CCaaS, identity providers).
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of integration components.
• Document technical designs, integration specs, and customer configurations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project leads to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Help ensure that customer workflows and business goals are reflected in the deployed solution.
