JOB DESCRIPTION :

Configure and manage integrations, such as patient / provider / USGH single sign-on (SSO) and, enhance platform functionality for USGH. 20%Ask key questions that help clients to discover their needs, at building trust by communicating effectively about status, issues, at developing and presenting convincing recommendations that address key client objectives, at setting appropriate expectations with and managing them throughout the project life cycle. 10%Collaborate with external partners / clients (as well as internal stakeholders) and leads the technical lift on all Implementation Projects for building, configuring, integrating and execution of all deliverables within the scope of the Benefit Administration and Eligibility Implementation team. 15% Will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of implementations, data integrations, configuration, and all platform capabilities for Teladoc products and the organization. 15% Present a well prepared and reasoned case, tailored to take into consideration others' perspectives, modifies a proposition to accommodate others' needs as appropriate and come to a win-win. 5% Use of systematic approaches for evaluating current business processes and developing and implementing integrated solutions maximizes customer satisfaction and delivers bottom.10% Implement, configure, and manage Teladoc products and services. Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, processes, and user needs on a client-by-client process or need. 10% Work closely with business units to identify opportunities by analyzing / documenting current business processes and requirements, then identify gaps to an improved future state. 5% Technically support cross-functional (internal & external) teams and customers through the technical implementation of Teladoc products and services.10%.100% Telecommuting.

REQUIREMENTS :

This position requires abachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Business Data Analytics Computer Science or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience as a Technical Benefit Admin Analyst, Technical Client Operations Analyst or occupation involving the technical field surrounding configuration, eligibility, or implementation.Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with : (1) Performing Unit testing, System testing, Integrated testing, regression testingand assisting with UAT; (2) EDI (270 / 271, 834, and 837 transactions); (3) File transfer protocols (HTTPs, FTP, SFTP, and ANSI); (4) Analytics / visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, and Excel); (5) .NET, PHP, JavaScript, Python, or JAVA;(6) API's and SDK's; and (7) Running and QA of bulk data jobs to update data elements internally.

RATE OF PAY : $127,234.00- $204,000.00 per year
