The design team shapes how readers discover and engage with content that adds real value. You will join a 15-person Product Design team to influence Scribd's core experience in an AI-driven world where information is abundant but true understanding is rare.

Compensation and location

At Scribd, base pay is part of total compensation and varies by role, level, and location. Salary ranges reflect local benchmarks. In California, the range is typically between $118,000 and $184,000; outside California, between $97,000 and $175,000; in Canada, between $123,500 CAD and $164,000 CAD. The position may include equity and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time role, with consideration of relocation and geographic constraints as applicable.
