What You'll Do Each Day

• Perform comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans rooted in the latest physical therapy evidence
• Deliver therapeutic interventions designed to maximize mobility, function, and independence across a diverse patient base
• Work with patients recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or rebuilding strength after injury
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals for integrated, patient-centered care
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle adjustments that promote long-term health
• Provide support to local schools and community sports teams when needed
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation in accordance with organizational standards and industry compliance

Your Qualifications and Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program (Master's-level therapists also encouraged to apply)
• Active Iowa Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)
• BLS Certification required
• Previous experience in outpatient or school-based settings is a plus, but we welcome new graduates with strong clinical skills and a desire to grow
