About the Role :
You’ll lead projects from concept to completion within Healthcare, Federal and Education sectors. Ensuring high-quality delivery, compliance with regulations, and seamless collaboration between teams and stakeholders. You’ll be a vital player in holding everything together, from managing schedules to coordinating with engineers and subcontractors.

Duties & Responsibilities
Review the contract thoroughly and provide feedback to Operations Manager, with respect to contract value, contract scope of work, terms and conditions being acceptableConfirm the contract or P.O. is received and the project is booked finalManage commodity, equipment, and subcontractor submittal processProcure and schedule required equipment and subcontractors for the projectSurvey, update and publish labor tracking and installation productivity to field on weekly basisPresent monthly project update with estimate to complete forecast and margin gain and fade to Operations ManagerResponsible for Change Order Management and job site client relationsCreate, submit, and negotiate monthly progress billing to clientA PM should be able to simultaneously manage 2-3 quick projects $5m+Managing projects up to $35mFinal Contractual ObligationsManage and complete Punchlist, Start-up and Commissioning activitiesCompile and transmit all obligated and necessary closeout documents to clientOther tasks and duties as assignedRequirements & Qualifications
4+ years of mechanical construction experience as a project managerProficient in MS OfficeStrong understanding of the mechanical construction business, especially with design build projects and Healthcare, Education and Federal properties.Able to learn and utilise construction software platformsOrganisational skills and able to manage time appropriately to stay on top of tasks and deadlinesCritical thinker and strong problem-solving skillsAble to be a team player, but also work independentlyGreat interpersonal and communication skillsApply now or message Niall Spink (niallspink@the-itp.com) for more information.
