Our go-to-market team is distributed across the United States and the United Kingdom.
About The Role
The Ketch Corporate Counsel will navigate the legal landscape of a rapidly growing SaaS company. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer experience, tech & product, and operations. This role touches on elements of commercial, data privacy, employment and corporate law. The Ketch Corporate Counsel will help shape the legal frameworks, policies, and practices that scale with the business.
This is a hybrid role based out of the San Francisco HQ 3 days a week.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $220,000, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs
