Graceland / Fairlawn and Moran & Goebel Funeral Homes is seeking a Funeral Home Manager to join our team in Decatur IL!

Key Responsibilities

Plan community events : Holiday gatherings state memorial days and outreach to churches hospitals nursing homes and community centers.

Lead and develop the team : Build a cooperative environment that is respectful communicative accountable and service-oriented.

Direct funeral home operations : Ensure smooth day-to-day management and uphold the highest standards of service.

Achieve growth goals : Drive annual case volume and revenue targets while managing expenses effectively.

Select train and motivate staff : Inspire your team to deliver service that goes above and beyond family expectations.

What Were Looking For

A licensed funeral director / embalmer (dual licensure required in Illinois or ability to reciprocate).

A leader who thrives in a collaborative entrepreneurial environment and values community connections.

Compensation

$75000-$80000k / yr. ICP Bonus
