Job Description : The primary goal of the leadership development program is to develop associates that aspire to grow into a Team Leader and above. Throughout development, team members will learn the scope of work in a defined cell and how to support the area associates. They will learn to multitask and will have the opportunity to learn and perform in various manufacturing positions. The focus for the associate is to learn how to support a team while focusing on JUMP (JASPER Unified Management Plan) tactics to drive improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and customer service for their areas.

Salary and Benefits :

• $19+ / hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities : Associates in the Leadership Development Program will work on many projects at one time so they must have strong time management skills.
