Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Evening Shift - Sign on Bonus!

Program & Location : Women's Addiction Treatment Center / Inpatient New Bedford

Sign on Bonus : $3,000(pro rated depending on hours)

Pay Range : $39 - $45 per hour (including shift differential)

Status : Full Time

Shift : 3pm-11 : 30pm

Schedule : Flexible

Addiction Nurse :

• Assisting patients on their journey to recovery from substance use disorders.
• Provide noninvasive medical care- medical management to evaluate and assess patient's level of withdrawal using evidence-based protocols.
• Physically low-impact position where the patients are mostly able to manage their own ADLs and ambulation.
• Work as a 2-3 person nursing team to provide care coordination and case management.
• Assure patient care meets best practice standards utilizing nursing skills, experience to maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu.
• Medication administration, count and register.
• Provide thorough accurate and complete documentation of treatment and care in the Electronic Health Record.
• Monitor, assess and treat patient conditions appropriately
• Other duties as assigned.
