Senior Manager Experiential Production

We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative Senior Manager Experiential Production to lead the execution of custom events, tentpoles, editorial initiatives, and marketing partnerships. This role requires both hands-on production expertise and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful, integrated experiences that elevate our brands and client campaigns.

What You'll Do

Event Production, Logistics & Execution

• Lead events end-to-end from scoping, budgeting, and vendor management to on-site execution and post-event wrap.
• Oversee elements including venue selection, catering service, AV, design & fabrication, guest experience, and sponsor activations across a variety of event formats that range in scale, style and brand goals.
• Manage all production logistics, including project timelines, P&L development, budget tracking and reconciliation, vendor management, and day-of execution.
• Partner with marketing and design teams to shape guest list strategy, invitations, and overall attendance goals.
