Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

Answer incoming calls and assist clients with their insurance needs

Service existing insurance policies, including processing changes, renewals, and inquiries

Provide accurate quotes for new policies and assist potential clients in selecting the right coverage

Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency

Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations

Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and growth

Requirements

Qualifications :

Valid California Insurance License (Property & Casualty) required

Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in computer systems and insurance-related software is a plus
