Job Title : Assistant Segment Controller

Location : Fully Onsite - Dove,NJ

Salary Range : $120,000 - $130,000

Overview :

We are seeking an Plant Controller to support financial analysis, reporting, and compliance for a growing manufacturing segment. This role partners with the Segment Controller and leadership team to drive financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct daily financial analysis to support Manufacturing, Operations, and Management decisions .
• Assist with monthly close, journal entries, and preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
• Review and analyze balance sheet, P&L, variances, and cost models to ensure accuracy and provide insights.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews with corporate finance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements through testing and reporting.
• Support process improvements in cost management, discretionary spend, and manufacturing efficiency.
