Seneca Foods in Mayville, WI is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk / AG Clerk to join our team.

Responsible for the accurate preparation of accounts payable records, maintaining grower data, and assisting the Plant Controller and AG Manager.

Responsibilities :

• Accurate preparation of accounts payable records.
• Assist the Plant Controller in all areas of accounting.
• Assist AG Manager and other AG personnel with grower's payments, maintaining field and grower data, and maintaining raw product hauler data.
• Assist with overseeing seasonal scale staff and assist with raw product scaling.
• Processing payments and vouchers in an SAP based system.
• Provide backup and support to Purchasing, Inventory Control, Payroll, and HR.
• Maintain records in a confidential and professional manner.
• Must cover other administrative duties as needed.
