Vice President of Engineering

A company is looking for a Vice President of Software Engineering to lead software and hardware engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale engineering teams across software and hardware disciplines while fostering a culture of quality and innovation

Ensure successful, on-time delivery of the product roadmap and oversee the execution of engineering initiatives

Drive Agile best practices and manage engineering budgets while ensuring compliance with security and operational standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing both hardware and software product teams

Proven track record of delivering complex SaaS and hardware-integrated products

Expertise in Agile methodologies and budget ownership (OPEX and CAPEX)

Strong knowledge of secure and compliant environments (SOC 2, CJIS, GovCloud)
