Floor Associate - Black Friday

Black Friday Sales Week Retail Associate

We are looking for a friendly and dependable Retail Associate to join our team for Black Friday sales week. In this role you will be responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals through ensuring a world class shopping experience for our guests.

Schedule & Flexibility : The earliest shift could begin at 8 : 30 AM, and the latest a shift could end is 8 : 30 PM. Shifts can range from 4 to 8 hours.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain general housekeeping standards on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas.
• Greet / assist customers
• Answer customer questions about sales
• Find correct shoe sizes for customers
• Support management with non-selling tasks such as : Organizing and maintaining product displays
• Adhere to ECCO policies and procedures, including : Scheduling requirements, dress code guidelines, standards outlined in the employee handbook and operations manual
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and follow through on assignments.
• Exhibit superior organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to the passion, innovation, and sustainability.
• Set a positive example for peers by demonstrating effective selling techniques on the sales floor.
