Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Advanced Analytics Manager to join our Commercial Analytics & Insights team and directly support one of our U.S. business units. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Business Technology to deliver data-driven insights that influence strategy, optimize promotional investments, and guide field execution. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, comfortable with large healthcare datasets, and able to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on brand performance using medical / pharmacy claims, CRM data, promotional activity data, and other internal / external datasets.
• Develop insights on prescriber behavior, patient access dynamics, and channel performance to support marketing and sales strategies.
• Evaluate promotional tactics (digital, field, non-personal) including ROI, impact assessments, and attribution.
• Support predictive modeling initiatives such as HCP targeting, call optimization, and Dynamic Engagement Plan (DEP) evaluation.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, concise presentations for senior leadership.
• Support business reviews (QBRs, MBRs, brand planning, field strategy sessions).
• Measure effectiveness of field force initiatives, sample strategy, and targeting lists.
