Shift Leader

Marco’s Pizza is looking for a dedicated Shift Leader who will play a key role in leading the team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a Shift Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing crew members, and making sure that all procedures are followed to maintain high standards. What You’ll Do :

As a Shift Leader , you’ll be the glue that holds the store together during your shift. Your mission? Lead, support, and energize your team to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.

• Run the Show – Supervise crew members, delegate tasks, and keep operations running like a well-oiled pizza oven.
• Be the Expert – Master every station, from the makeline to the oven, ensuring quality and accuracy in every order.
• Deliver Excellence – Provide top-notch customer service, handling guest interactions with professionalism and a smile.
• Maintain Standards – Keep the store spotless, ensure food safety, and follow operational procedures to maintain our Five-Star Gold standard.
• Problem-Solve on the Fly – Address challenges quickly and effectively, keeping the team motivated and solutions-focused.
• Drive Success – Support delivery efficiency by coordinating with drivers and optimizing routes.
• Keep Us Stocked & Ready – Monitor inventory levels and complete opening / closing duties to set the next shift up for success.
