What You'll Do Make Every Call Count

This job isn't for the faint of heart. You'll be the first person customers talk to when something goes wrong and the one who makes it right.

You will :

  • Lead with Empathy listen like it matters, because it does.
  • Use Curiosity to uncover needs and match customers with the right services.
  • Show Responsibility by documenting every detail and doing what you say you'll do every time.
  • Channel your Ambition to educate customers about Maintenance Plans and earn commission for every one you sell.
  • Work with a tight-knit team that pushes for excellence and backs each other up.
  • Represent AllTech with professionalism, compassion, and confidence every call, every customer.
  • What You Bring

    You :

  • Have call center or customer service experience (preferred, not required).
  • Communicate clearly, with warmth and confidence.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • Handle stress like a pro calm, focused, and reliable.
  • Take pride in accuracy, follow-through, and doing things the right way.
