Business Owner Inbound & Storage ARP
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Inbound & Storage Business Owner ARP to join our Process Excellence Warehouse team in Mobile, Alabama.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure that process and IT systems are well connected in the frame of the ARP Planning, Supply & Logistics deployment journey in Mobile (US).
- Design lean and robust logistics processes and translate them into clear requirements for IT solution development.
- Provide governance, compliance and ROI for planning tools and processes.
- Exchange and align on business requirements with other functions (Manufacturing Engineering, Supply, Logistics, Quality and Finance) for gap requests impacting several functions.
- Prepare GAP analysis between AS-IS and T0-BE implementation @ G5.
- Animate the business community and contribute to the design phase to ensure good business understanding of the requirements.
- Participate effectively in definition, prioritization and planning of new developments with SAFe teams, assessing and providing business value.
- Support business acceptance tests and finally validate solutions according to the need.
- Run proper communication and engagement of relevant functions and validate the corresponding trainings' content.
- Support process acceptance and impact analysis.
- Work closely with other PIXS Business Owners (France, UK, Spain, Germany and run mode).
Warehouse Process Responsibilities (30%) :
Actively engage with local Warehouse teams to pinpoint and resolve pain points and process bottlenecks.Standardize Warehouse Processes to ensure convergence across programs.Build and maintain strong links with key supply-chain stakeholders and foster a strong supply community.Support the consolidation and verification of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Missing Parts and On-Time Delivery (OTD).Lead strategic initiatives ensuring alignment with major projects like Optiflow and ARP.Lead the creation, maintenance, and surveillance of all Supply industrial processes and methods; manage audit findings and implement corrective actions.Guide and oversee involvement in major transformation projects, including the ARP project.Accompany local customers to Process Management Reviews (PMR) and serve as the point of contact on-site.Benefits :

Master's degree in Manufacturing / Supply Chain or related discipline.10+ years of related experience.Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing processes, and production management.Proven experience leading lean / continuous improvement projects with tangible results.Operational experience implementing and optimizing industrial systems from conception to process management.Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams, including financial aspects.Hands-on experience with SAP is essential.APICS certification highly desirable.Eligible to travel domestic and international 5%.Required to be 100% onsite.Physical requirements : vision, hearing, speaking, equipment operation, carrying, lifting, pushing / pulling, sitting, squatting / kneeling, standing, traveling, walking, PPE as required.Airbus is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
