Marketing Specialist Responsibilities Provide marketing support to firm leadership in a variety of market sectors.
Lead the creation and involvement in pursuit strategy for effective proposals, presentations, and documents that adhere to LPA brand standards.
Produce high-quality marketing materials with attention to accuracy, messaging, content, and compliance.
Prepare responses in diverse formats, from technical documents to visual narratives.
Support research of opportunities, markets, and clients, then synthesize information to support strategic decision-making and pursuit strategy.
Marketing Specialist Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred
2-5 years of experience required
A / E / C industry experience preferred
Excellent written, graphic and organizational skills
Marketing Specialist Requirements High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with InDesign
High proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of CRM and digital asset management systems (Dynamics 365 a plus)
Own the end-to-end pursuit process, including reading RFQs / proposals and developing relevant, thoughtful responses
Broad knowledge and experience in technical writing / editing and business development
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines
Creative with strong attention to detail

Salary and Offer Details The salary range for this position is $51,000 - $93,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus. Base salary is based on geographic location, skills, education, experience and project complexity. We are committed to pay equity and internal equity in offers.
