Arcade is recruiting the nation's most exceptional designers, leaders in interior design, textile / fabrics design, graphic design, and jewelry design, to shape the future of AI-assisted product creation. We are a design-driven platform built to amplify, not replace, human creativity. Using our AI tools, you'll create market-ready, merchandisable products that customers can purchase and customize. This is a chance to work alongside other elite creatives, build a high-visibility portfolio, and establish yourself as a founding voice on our platform.

What You'll Do

• Design at Scale. Use Arcade's AI design tools to produce up to 100 original designs per month across assigned categories (Jewelry, Textile, or Rugs). Align your work with a curated monthly inspiration boards that reflects current trends, market demands, and visual direction
• Curate Your Storefront. Publish and organize your own public storefront and we'll take care of the rest. Every product is automatically priced, assigned to a Maker, and ready to sell. Maintain a visually consistent, professional, and engaging online portfolio
• Collaborate with Creatives. Join a first-of-its-kind design cohort, exchanging ideas and techniques with other leading designers. Learn how to prompt our AI tools from our team of experts
• Showcase Your Work. Build public collections of designs for customers to explore and purchase. Your designs will be hand-selected and showcased on our homepage, giving you premier visibility
