About the Senior Analyst:

We are seeking an ambitious and intelligent Senior Analyst to join our team at The Dedham Group. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals eager to advance their careers in Life Sciences strategy consulting. With a clear path to management for high performers within 2-3 years, you'll gain valuable exposure to clients and have increasing ownership of projects that address reimbursement, pricing, demand creation, health policy, health economics, and market strategy.

As a Senior Analyst, your contributions will include:

• Conducting market research (both primary and secondary)
• Performing data analysis
• Developing reports and presentations
• Assessing strategies and providing commercial insights
• Handling various other duties as assigned

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A scientific or science-related degree from a top-tier university
• 1-3 years of experience in Life Sciences Consulting
• Experience in Market Access Consulting is a plus
• An entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset
• Outstanding time and project management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $130,000. Salary offers depend on factors such as skills, training, experience, and education. Additionally, high-performing candidates may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Note: All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. Visa sponsorship or transfers are not available, and we cannot accept candidates on an OPT visa.
