Staff accountant with healthcare industry background ensures that vendor statements are reconciled against all open accounts payable invoices. Maintains medical supply invoices and matches with corresponding purchase orders. Assists with 1099 reporting. Develops monthly invoices for rent and collects physician payments. Maintains files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policies and generally accepted accounting standards. Upholds the confidentiality of proprietary information and takes all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized disclosure of sensitive materials.
