As a Head Teller, you will be responsible for managing daily operations of the bank teller line and ensuring that all customer transactions are handled accurately and efficiently. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and train teller staff to ensure optimal performance and customer service
- Oversee daily cash handling and transaction processing
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements :
