  • Shift : 12-hour days (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM), every other weekend required\n
  • Call Shifts : 2 per scheduled period\n
  • Hours per Week : 36\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Arkansas RN license or multistate compact nursing license\n
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience in a hospital or clinical setting\n
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications\n
  • Postpartum nursing experience preferred\n
  • Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and leadership abilities\n

    • \n\nLabor & Delivery RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care for Labor & Delivery patients during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal phases\n
  • Apply the nursing process in compliance with the Arkansas Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies\n
  • Ensure safe, quality patient care through sound clinical judgment and leadership\n
  • Maintain clinical competencies with ongoing education and training\n
  • Delegate patient care tasks based on staff qualifications and experience\n
  • Supervise and provide direction to assigned healthcare personnel\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes\n
