Current open position: Kitchen Director, Training Director, and Operational Director.

Lead and develop a highly motivated team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Director will need to have a ServeSafe Manager's certification upon hire, or obtain within the first year

Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership or management roles

Chick-fil-A experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
