Personal Injury Attorney

Our client, a respected and fast-growing law firm, is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join their litigation team. Associate Attorney Benefits and Compensation :

Competitive base salary : $120,000 $200,000 per year DOE

Personal Injury Attorney Requirements & Qualifications :

Active license and good standing with the California State Bar

Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation

Ability to handle drafting of pleadings, motions, and legal documents from day one

Capable of preparing cases through all litigation phases, including discovery, law and motion, and trial preparation

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel to case-related events throughout California

Personal Injury Attorney Preferred Background & Skills :

Experience in personal injury matters such as wrongful death, catastrophic injury, major orthopedic cases, or TBI claims

Bilingual abilities (English / Spanish) HUGE PLUS

Detail-oriented, team-focused mindset suitable for a high-performing litigation group
