Legacy Ventures Hotels is seeking a results-driven Complex Director of Sales to lead the sales efforts for two exceptional properties : Marriott Madison South and Fairfield Inn Madison South .
About the Role : This leadership position will oversee all sales operations across both hotels, reporting directly to the Complex General Manager and collaborating closely with department heads and the Corporate Director of Revenue Management and Sales.
What You’ll Do :
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to exceed revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive new business through proactive outreach, market prospecting, and relationship building.
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Represent the hotels at trade shows, sales blitzes, and community events.
- Ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and contract compliance.
What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience in hotel sales leadership, preferably in a multi-property or complex role.Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in financial management and hotel sales systems.A self-starter with a collaborative spirit and customer-first mindset.
