• Facility is able to request 90 Day Emergency License

Do NOT need OR license at time of submittal

PCU # of beds 20 Ratios 1 : 3 (max 1 : 4 if medical overflow)

Required Certifications ACLS, BLS

Common diagnoses / Types of patients Cardiac, Respiratory, ETOH w / d, Renal failure Experience or 'Must have' skills Acute care, cardiac and respiratory
