Piper Maddox is partnering with a leading renewable energy IPP that has developed over 4 GW of energy and raised over $10 billion of equity to develop its wind, solar, and storage portfolio. Our client is rapidly expanding, with deep industry expertise and a highly experienced team of problem solvers and trusted developers.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Our client is seeking their next Senior Treasury Analyst to assume responsibility of tax equity model creation, sale lease backs, and cash management and forecasting. This candidate will be stepping into a fast-paced role and team, supporting the Director of Treasury and VP of Finance.

KEY SKILLS

• Experience with tax equity and sale lease backs
• Collect and reconcile debt and interest invoices and operating loans
• Calculate cash waterfalls for construction draws at month and quarter ends
• Maintain Debt tracker, Cash Balances tracker, Bond tracker, and Letter of Credit tracker
• Manage and prepare draw request packages through coordination with lenders
• Complete callbacks and verify compliance verifications for vendors

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years of direct Treasury experience (in the real estate or energy industry)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Deep knowledge of treasury, cash management, business law, and tax implications
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Sage X3, Blackline, or related software
