• 36 Months experience with Windows, MacOS, IPadOS, Omnisssa Horizon
• 24 Months Customer service experience
• 24 Months Hardware experience (Desktops, Laptops, iPad, iPhone, Thin Clients, Printers,
• scanners)
• 12 Months Asset management experience 12
• 12 months ITSM experience
