We are looking for a Stick Welder to help us expand operations in our Stockdale Texas Facility

Key Job Elements

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to determine job requirements.
• Set up and operate SMAW (stick) welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components according to specifications.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure structural soundness and dimensional accuracy.
• Select proper electrodes and welding techniques for various materials and thicknesses.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and workspace in compliance with safety and 5S standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and quality inspectors to address non-conformances.
• Follow company safety guidelines, lockout / tagout procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Assist with continuous improvement and process enhancement efforts.
