DevOps Manager

A company is looking for a hands-on DevOps Manager to lead the evolution of their infrastructure and culture while scaling their AWS-based platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of DevOps and SRE engineers, fostering a proactive and ownership-driven mindset

Establish best practices around Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI / CD, observability, and security while managing infrastructure scaling and automation

Guide infrastructure architecture and implementation across AWS, contributing to Terraform and CI / CD pipelines as needed

Required Qualifications

7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles

3+ years in leadership or team management roles with direct reports

Proven experience managing and scaling AWS infrastructure at high-growth SaaS or IoT companies

Deep understanding of CI / CD automation, IaC, and observability practices

Strong experience implementing security and compliance in cloud environments
