The WCF Insurance has an immediate opening for someone who can demonstrate the WCF values to join the Information Technology (IT) department team as a BI Developer . This is a full-time , exempt position that works in our Sandy, Utah Headquarters office and reports to the Manager of Business Intelligence. This position focuses on designing and maintaining scalable BI solutions to support company-wide decision making in an office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and approximately 2–5 years of experience in data-related roles, or 5+ years of equivalent hands-on experience .
• Proficient in SQL and business intelligence tools, with strong experience building clear, effective data visualizations; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Experience in DAX or advanced Excel formulas , including performance tuning, reusable calculations, and complex business logic.
• Proven experience working with centralized, governed data models and shared calculations / measures across BI platforms to support scalable, consistent reporting.

All employees earn 4 weeks of vacation their first year. Expected salary for this position is $69,400 - $102,400 depending on experience, and education.

Internal candidates should have acceptable job performance, 6 months in their current position, and must notify their current supervisor that they have applied for the position.
