eCommerce General Manager

As we expand our digital footprint, we are seeking an experienced eCommerce General Manager to lead our online sales strategy, optimize platform performance, and ensure a seamless customer experience from click to delivery.

Position Summary :

The eCommerce General Manager will be responsible for driving digital revenue growth, managing eCommerce platforms, coordinating logistics, and enhancing the end-to-end customer journey. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and requires a strategic, data-driven leader with a deep understanding of digital commerce operations and customer-centric thinking.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy to grow online revenue and market share.
• Oversee eCommerce platform operations (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, proprietary systems), ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to streamline order processing, shipping, and returns.
• Monitor and improve customer experience metrics, including conversion rates, satisfaction scores, and retention.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, IT, and Customer Service to align digital efforts with business goals.
• Analyze performance data and market trends to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage vendor relationships, platform integrations, and digital tools to support eCommerce operations.
