The Renaissance, an Eliza Jennings, and a nationally recognized leader in person-centered care, is searching for a PRN (as needed) Campus Receptionist / Security Desk Attendant (Unarmed Campus Reception) for its retirement campus, located in Olmsted Township.

Schedule : Flexible shift availability is required

Shifts include :

7 : 00a.m. -3 : 00p.m.

3 : 30p.m. - 12 : 00a.m.

11 : 00p.m. - 7 : 00a.m.

Flexible Days are Required.

Description : Monitor and respond to Renaissance incoming contacts and command post systems’ alerts to assure the safety and security of residents, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Accept, monitor and resolve resident and staff contacts and concerns assuring safe and secure resolution.
• Monitor bed, bath, and restroom call system for Health Center and Assisted Living; radio nurse in charge.
• Respond immediately to resident medical emergencies, fire alarms, and DNR's.
• Assist with fire and tornado drills; test alarms.
• Accept and maintain call-off log for entire campus.
• Make wake-up calls for residents.
• Contact and request snow plowing based on regulatory compliance.
• Monitor system alerts and take immediate and required action; call 911 and expedite as appropriate.
