Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest safety and quality standards. This role requires leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial projects ($20M-$30M) from inception to completion.
• Review and analyze project documents, plans, and specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
• Oversee contract buyouts and monitor project budgets.
• Create and manage RFI's, CPR's, RCO's, Submittals, ITB's, CO's, and logs.
• Lead and facilitate the bid process.
• Coordinate and communicate project objectives and specifications with superintendents and subcontractors.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks and costs.
• Implement best practices to optimize efficiency and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
