Superintendent
SuperintendentPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, healthcare, and residential projects including multi-family, build for rent, and single-family homes. Proficiency in Procore is a must.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise all construction activities on-site
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Report project progress to upper management and stakeholders
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately
- Train and mentor junior staff and subcontractors on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction and healthcare projects
- Strong knowledge of multi-family, build for rent, and single-family residential construction
- Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
