Position Overview : Monarch Beauty Academy is seeking a passionate and skilled Barber Instructor to join our team. As a Barber Instructor, you will play a key role in shaping the future of aspiring barbers, providing both practical and theoretical instruction in a supportive and engaging environment. We are looking for someone who is not only experienced in the art of barbering but also enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring the next generation of professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver hands-on and classroom-based instruction in barbering techniques, including cutting, styling, shaving, and grooming.
• Create and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and state licensing requirements.
• Provide individualized support and feedback to students, ensuring their progress and understanding of core concepts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the barbering industry.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and motivating classroom environment.
• Assess students progress through written exams, practical demonstrations, and feedback.
• Assist in maintaining school inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing standards.

Qualifications :
