Job Title : SAP IBP Lead Consultant

Location : Alameda , CA (Onsite from Day 1)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and support of SAP IBP solutions. The ideal candidate will lead design, configuration, and integration activities across IBP modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation
• Lead SAP IBP implementations across modules : Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, Response & Supply, Control Tower.
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and configuration workshops.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Integration & Technical Expertise
• Configure planning areas, key figures, master data, and algorithms (Heuristics, Optimizer).
• Integrate IBP with SAP ECC / S / 4HANA using CPI-DS, SDI, or HCI.
• Develop enhancements, dashboards, alerts, and performance tuning.
• Stakeholder Management & Leadership
• Act as primary liaison between business and technical teams.
• Lead workshops, provide training, and manage change adoption strategies.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure solution quality.
• Documentation & Governance
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology and project governance standards.
