Web3 Deputy General Counsel

A company is looking for a Deputy General Counsel, Web3.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support for new Web3 products and regulatory changes

Draft, maintain, review, and negotiate various legal documents and agreements

Monitor legal compliance developments and advise internal stakeholders accordingly

Required Qualifications

Law degree holder (LLB / J.D.) qualified in the United States

8-15 years of post-qualified experience in blockchain and Web3 products

Familiarity with software development lifecycles

Knowledge of US sanctions and relevant regulations (Fincen, CFTC, SEC)

Regulatory experience with SEC or Fincen is a plus
