Job description

Our Large Auto Dealership is growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative!

Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers, ensuring accurate and efficient communication.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement.
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to create a positive customer experience during interactions.
  • Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer records and maintain databases.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote special offers.

Qualifications :

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize, listen attentively, and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficient in data entry and computer navigation, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, as well as proficiency in other languages.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
