Our Large Auto Dealership is growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative!
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers, ensuring accurate and efficient communication.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to create a positive customer experience during interactions.
- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer records and maintain databases.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote special offers.
Qualifications :
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize, listen attentively, and provide effective solutions.Proficient in data entry and computer navigation, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, as well as proficiency in other languages.Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.Benefits :
