Work Type : Hybrid - Onsite Monday to Wednesday and Remote on Thursday and Friday.

Summary :

This role is pivotal in maintaining the seamless flow of materials that support manufacturing operations. It requires a proactive approach to supply planning coordination and inventory management to ensure uninterrupted production and optimal resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Support : Ensure daily material availability through execution and monitoring of MRP results release of purchase requisitions and coordination with buyers and cross-functional teams to prevent production delays.
• Planning Oversight : Maintain accurate material master data and planning parameters in SAP ECC to balance service levels inventory targets and demand fluctuations.
• Process Enhancement : Identify and implement opportunities to improve planning accuracy streamline communication between Planning Purchasing and Quality and reduce waste via data-driven analysis.
• Problem Resolution : Investigate and resolve material shortages capacity constraints and exception messages; escalate through tiered meetings as required.
• Cost Management : Optimize inventory utilization through SMOG analysis safety stock review and scrap reduction to support cost control.
