Role : Automotive Warranty Administrator
Location : Richmond VA
Shift : Mon - Fri 8 hour Shift
Type : Can work remote after training
Job Responsibility :
- Working as part of the warranty team to initiate process and close warranty claims in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
- Communicating with repair facilities vendors and customers via phone email and IM to process claims
- Utilizing specific customer and vendor guides to meet each of their respective needs
- Negotiating and paying warranty claims once complete
- Developing relationships with vendors warranty teams
- Making pre-install calls to technicians to provide part-specific installation guidelines
