Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team here in Kalamazoo, MI. The position is Temp-to-Hire after 90 days and is on 1st shift with hours of 7am-3 : 30pm Mon-Fri. Compensation is between $20-24 / hr depending on level of education and experience. Requires HS / GED minimum, some college preferred. Exceptional Customer Service skills, professional communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent phone etiquette, previous work experience in a Customer Service or Sales capacity, proficient with Microsoft Office suite, experience in manufacturing or print industry.
