Your Role as an LPN / LVN

In this role, you will :

  • Deliver direct patient care according to individualized care plans and physician orders.
  • Monitor and report on patient behaviors, vital signs, and responses to treatments.
  • Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses to implement and adjust care strategies.
  • Establish meaningful connections with patients to understand and support their recovery journey.
  • Celebrate the small victories that lead to significant improvements in patient health.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Current LPN / LVN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
  • CPR certification.
  • Preferred : One year of experience in a medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
  • Preferred : Experience in rehabilitation.
