CAD Designer, Full Arch Cases

A well-established dental laboratory in Santa Ana is seeking an experienced CAD Designer to join a clean, modern, and high-quality production environment. This role offers competitive pay, generous benefits, and the opportunity to work with advanced digital technology in a collaborative team setting.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with implant workflows, and comfortable handling full-arch restorations in a fast-paced, precision-driven lab.

Responsibilities

  • Produce implant and full-arch restorations including screw-retained restorations, hybrid bars, and overdentures
  • Review prescriptions and specifications to ensure clinical and functional accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet timelines and maintain production quality
  • Maintain quality control throughout all stages of case production
  • Use 3Shape and CAD / CAM systems for design, verification, and documentation
  • Track implant components and support workflow improvements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in implant or full-arch dental lab production
  • Proficiency with 3Shape and a strong understanding of digital workflows
  • Knowledge of implant systems, dental anatomy, and restorative principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Commitment to accuracy, quality, and deadlines
